W listopadzie wartość ogólnego wskaźnika koniunktury zmniejszyła się w porównaniu z październikiem o 9,1 pkt., z poziomu -1,6 pkt. do wysokości -10,7 pkt. Jest niższa od wartości sprzed roku o 4,1 pkt. W sektorze prywatnym wartość wskaźnika koniunktury zmniejszyła się w ciągu miesiąca o 8,3 pkt. i wynosi -10,9 pkt. Jest niższa niż przed rokiem o 2,8 pkt. W sektorze publicznym wartość wskaźnika zmniejszyła się aż 15,7 pkt. do poziomu -9,3 pkt. Jest niższa od wartości sprzed roku aż o 16,7 pkt. (fragment tekstu)
In November 2016 the industrial confidence indicator (ICI) declined by 9.1 points to -10.7 pts. It is 4.1 pts down from the November 2015 figure. The indicator calculated for private firms decreased by 8.3 pts to -10.9 pts, and is lower than a year earlier by 2.8 points. The indicator calculated for public enterprises fell by 15.7 pts to -9.3 pts, the figure lower by 16.7 pts than the November 2015 one. Business situation worsened the most in manufacture of intermediate goods, the Lubuskie Voivodeship, and small firms, employing 51-250 persons. A decline of the indicator is typical in the time of a year. However, the yearly decrease of the indicator and of the balances were effected by negative cyclical factors. Firms are pessimistic, esp. private ones, about their future business prospects. No improvement of business situation in the manufacturing industry should be expected over the next months.
