Abstrakty

Wedle danych w starzejącym się społeczeństwie zmniejszać się będą zasoby nieformalnej opieki nad osobami starszymi, zarówno materialnej, jak i niematerialnej, realizowanej dotychczas głównie w rodzinie. Będzie to miało wpływ na produktywność i wzrost gospodarczy, rynek pracy, system zabezpieczenia społecznego oraz finanse publiczne. W konsekwencji wymaga to budowy nowego modelu opieki, w którym należy uwzględnić wzrost popytu na różnego rodzaju usługi i towary, zwłaszcza opiekuńcze, i zmianę struktury usług zdrowotnych, w tym teleopieki.(abstrakt oryginalny)

According to the data in an aging society will reduce the resources of informal care for the elderly, which both material and immaterial, realized so far mainly in the family. This will have an impact on productivity and economic growth, labor market, social security system and public finances. As a result, it requires the construction of a new model of care, which should take into account the increase in demand for various goods and services in particular care and changing the structure of health services in the telecare.(original abstract)
