The article aims to describe the conditions for outsourcing formation, analyze Terms of Service of outsourcing enterprises and highlights the advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing business. Then, outsourcing strategy of business processes are described on the basis of the matrix of business process management. Finally, the article presents the analysis of typical outsourcing processes.
