Abstrakty

Globalny ład instytucjonalny wymaga zakotwiczenia w funkcjonowaniu globalnego mechanizmu rynkowego lub sprawnego gospodarczego rządu świata. Żadna z tych skrajnych propozycji nie ma obecnie szansy na realizację. Celem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na dobra należne, dobra wspólne i dobra klubowe jako podstaw good governance świata. Zaprezentowana w artykule koncepcja dobrego władania światem łączy nową ekonomię instytucjonalną z ekonomią podaży. Wydłużanie listy postulatów pod adresem nie istniejącego "światowego rządu gospodarczego" jest mało skuteczne bez krytycznej oceny, na ile można ludzkość wyposażyć w różnego typu dobra ekonomiczne. Koncentracja określonych form dóbr ekonomicznych w różnych symbolicznie określonych regionach świata oznacza potrzebę sytuacyjnego dostosowania zasad dobrego władania światem do kontekstu ich funkcjonowania tu i teraz.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The global good governance needs to be connected with the global market or global economic government. Neither one nor other of this proposal is now to be implemented. The purpose of the article is to connect good governance with merit goods, common goods, and club goods. In this conceptual article, good governance of the world is in the framework of New Institutional Economics and Supply Economics. Prolongation of the list of suggestions for "the global economic government" is not effective. Critical analysis of supply with different type of economic goods is a valid principle of good governance of the world. Concentration of different types of economic goods in symbolic space means the need for situational management of good governance of the world here and now.(original abstract)
