Abstrakty
The automotive industry experiences changes and trends because of rising innovation requirements, shorter product life cycles, growing models/varieties and especially increasing process and product complexity3031. Product failures and critical situations are nearly inevitable. From this side a Product Recall Management fulfills quality criteria which are decisive for its effectiveness and success. Eight success factors ("key elements") were formulated which describe an optimal Product Recall Management. (original abstract)
