Celem niniejszego artykułu jest powiązanie koncepcji przedsiębiorczości instytucjonalnej ze zjawiskiem i obszarem badań, jakim jest przedsiębiorczość społeczna, oraz wskazanie, w jakich obszarach teoria instytucjonalna pozwala wyjaśnić zjawisko przedsiębiorczości społecznej. (fragment tekstu)

Social entrepreneurship is a social-economic phenomenon and research area, which has not been widely known and analysed yet. Author, on the base on subject literature, uses institutional theory and tries to combine social entrepreneurship with the theory of institutional entrepreneurship. (original abstract)
