Possible Solutions of the Sensitivity of the Investment Risk

The paper analyses the sensitivity of the investment risk in the sphere of financial, or investment decision-making. It suggests the possible solutions in this field using so-called auxiliary methods. These methods may significantly decrease the uncertainty so that they help to quantify the risk of invested capital and, thus they support the effective management of the enterprise. Without regard to the amount of invested capital, they seek the most effective way of the investment - they help to select best alternative from different investment variants. Support of investment decision-making, in a way of improvement of decision-making process of each manager, leads to its advanced decisionmaking power presented by the whole division of whole enterprise. The paper offers clear solutions of this problem using the analysis of risk and its clear interpretation as a basic assumption of the sound managerial decision-making(original abstract)
