To oni stanowią bowiem ogniwo harmonizujące interesy ekonomiczne przedsiębiorstwa i oczekiwania społeczne względem organizacji. CSR is a very complex concept, covering a wide range of tools and activities, affecting an increasingly wide range of stakeholders. Practical experience of enterprises in this area is dynamically changing, showing scientists new research paths. The effectiveness of activities that take into account corporate social responsibility is largely dependent on the correct identification of stakeholders. Undeniably, one of the most obvious aspects of the company's environment that require inclusion in the CSR strategy are customers. Consumers are the link harmonizing the economic interests of the company and social expectations towards the organization. The purpose of the article is to identify CSR areas that are important from the point of view of young consumers and their purchasing decisions. The analysis of literature in the field of corporate social responsibility was conducted. Qualitative and quantitative study was also carried out to fully understand the concept of corporate social responsibility from the perspective of one of the most important groups of stakeholders, namely consumers.
