Abstrakty

Artykuł dotyczy działań Unii Europejskiej zmierzających do zwiększenia transgranicznej mobilności wojsk państw członkowskich na terenie Unii. Prace nad usprawnieniem procesu przerzutu personelu i sprzętu wojskowego w celu zwiększenia ich zdolności do szybkiego reagowania zostały włączone, jako jeden z projektów, do Stałej Współpracy Strukturalnej (PESCO) Unii Europejskiej. W marcu 2018 r. przedstawiono plan działania w przedmiotowej kwestii. W artykule wskazano potencjalne korzyści i ryzyka wynikające z wdrożenia tego projektu.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The article concerns actions undertaken by the European Union in order to improve military mobility across Europe. The initiative, intended to increase the effectiveness of cross-border movement of military personnel and equipment in order to boost forces ability to react quickly, was included as one of the EU PESCO (Permanent Structured Cooperation) projects. In March 2018, the Action Plan on Military Mobility was presented to the Council. The article outlines the potential benefits and risks of the project implementation.(original abstract)
