Abstrakty
This paper presents the crucial issues of evolving organization effectiveness idea. The conception bases on the Nelson&Winter's theory. The paper is divided in two parts. First presents the model of organization from the perspective of Nelson&Winter's theory. The model illustrates the idea of organizational effectiveness in the shadow of routines. Second part shows the model consequences for the manager.(original abstract)
