Abstrakty

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest prezentacja i ocena znaczenia hybrydowych instrumentów, tj. pośrednich pomiędzy kredytem bankowym a kapitałem własnym, w zmniejszeniu luki w finansowaniu małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw (MŚP). Do tych instrumentów należą: dług podporządkowany, ciche uczestnictwo, pożyczki partycypacyjne, prawa do udziału w zyskach, obligacje zamienne, obligacje z warrantami i mezzanine. Autor stawia hipotezę, że instrumenty hybrydowe stanowią alternatywny sposób finansowania dla MŚP, szczególnie segmentu średnich przedsiębiorstw, z dobrymi perspektywami rozwoju, a jednocześnie z korzyścią dla inwestorów. Artykuł oparty został na studiach literatury w języku angielskim, niemieckim i polskim oraz na źródłach internetowych przy wykorzystaniu ogólnologicznych i empirycznych metod badań naukowych. Początkowe fragmenty artykułu dotyczą istoty, zastosowania i rodzajów instrumentów hybrydowych. Następnie scharakteryzowane zostały podstawowe ich rodzaje. W kolejnej części dokonano analizy ich zalet i wad, a w zakończeniu oceniono perspektywy ich rozwoju(abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of this paper is a presentation and an evaluation of a significance of hybrid instruments i.e. intermediate between a bank credit and an equity capital in a decrease of a gap in a small and medium-sized enterprises (SMSS) financing. Among these instruments one can mention subordinated loans, silent participations, participating loans, profit participation rights, convertible bonds, bonds with warrants and mezzanine finance. The author hypothesizes that hybrid instruments are the alternative means of SMS financing, especially medium-sized with the good development perspective and simulataneously favourable for investors. The paper was based on the literature in English, Polish and German and Internet sources with a use of logical and empirical methods of scientific research. The initial fragments of the paper concern an essence, use and the kinds of hybrid instrumentThen were characterized their basic sorts.In the next part was made an analisis of their merits and defects. In the conclusion were estimated their development perspectives(original abstract)
