Management and Knowledge Transfer in a Small Family Business

Abstrakty
Z historycznego punktu widzenia kapitał, ziemia i pracownicy to kluczowe zasoby dla przedsiębiorstwa. To te czynniki stanowiły o przewadze konkurencyjnej na rynku. Jednak wraz z rozwojem nowoczesnych społeczeństw coraz większą uwagę zaczęto przywiązywać do wiedzy jako jednego z kluczowych zasobów. Rozwój gospodarki opartej na wiedzy sprawia, że firmy coraz bardziej koncentrują się na systemach zarządzania wiedzą i tworzenia wiedzy w ramach przedsiębiorstwa. Szczególnie wyraźnie widoczne są te procesy w firmach doradczych, których głównym towarem jest właśnie wiedza i specyficzny know-how. W dużych korporacjach specjalne systemy organizacyjne wyposażone w narzędzia informatyczne wspomagają budowanie depozytorium wiedzy i starają się zapobiegać jej rozmyciu. W literaturze przedmiotu wiele miejsca poświęcono zarzadzaniu wiedzą w dużych przedsiębiorstwach, jednak procesy te widziane z perspektywy małych firm nie doczekały się jeszcze tak wnikliwej analizy [Gierszewska 2011; Gubta et al., 2000]. W poniższym artykule zostaną omówione elementy zarządzania wiedzą oraz jej kreacji z perspektywy małej firmy oraz przedstawione zostaną cechy szczególne tego procesu w kontekście firmy rodzinnej z tego sektora. Opisany w poniższym tekście problem badawczy analizowany jest na gruncie istniejącej literatury, a jego empiryczna weryfikacja będzie przedmiotem dalszych badań. (fragment tekstu)
The author presents peculiarities of knowledge management in small family-controlled enterprise in context of nonfamily controlled SME's. There are several characteristics of knowledge management of SME's: tacit knowledge transfer, creating of common knowledge depository, strategies preventing of knowledge lost in the company. In the family-controlled firm the role of emotions as a significant factor in knowledge management process was described. (original abstract)
