The methodical and applied aspects of these holistic group planning systems for financial and economic entities are considered as a combination at the initial stages of the techniques of formalized description of its major business processes and their subsequent transformation into a simulation model. This involves a detailed study of the dynamics of changing key parameters of such a model using appropriate economic-statistical models and neural networks technologies. The example of a classic Ukrainian bakery enterprise demonstrates the possibility of implementing invariant scenarios for the development of a financial and economic situation with strict identification of the system of financial and economic indicators and control over the dynamics of their metrics on a predetermined planning horizon on the basis of relevant software platforms. The research of methodological approaches to the implementation of the system of planning the financial and economic activity of the enterprise determines the following objectives: consideration of methodological peculiarities of constructing a process model of the creation of value added chain in an enterprise; the substantiation of the methodology for studying the dynamics of key factors that determine the financial and economic indicators that form the "efficiency funnel" of the enterprise, their formal representation, followed by use in simulation systems; Applied aspects of the implementation of the simulation model and the peculiarities of its use in controlling systems, in particular, the planning of the enterprise. Metodyczne i zastosowane aspekty całościowych systemów planowania grupowego dla podmiotów finansowych i gospodarczych są uważane za połączenie, na początkowych etapach, technik sformalizowanego opisu głównych procesów biznesowych i ich późniejszej transformacji w model symulacyjny. Obejmuje to szczegółowe badanie dynamiki zmiany kluczowych parametrów takiego modelu przy użyciu odpowiednich modeli ekonomiczno-statystycznych i technologii sieci neuronowych. Przykład klasycznego ukraińskiego przedsiębiorstwa piekarniczego pokazuje możliwość wdrożenia niezmiennych scenariuszy rozwoju sytuacji finansowej i ekonomicznej, przy ścisłej identyfikacji systemu wskaźników finansowych i ekonomicznych oraz kontroli ich dynamiki w określonym horyzoncie planowania, na podstawie odpowiednich platform oprogramowania. Badanie metodologicznych podejść do wdrożenia systemu planowania działalności finansowej i gospodarczej przedsiębiorstwa określa następujące cele: uwzględnienie specyfiki metodologicznej budowy modelu procesowego tworzenia łańcucha wartości dodanej w przedsiębiorstwie; uzasadnienie metodologii badania dynamiki kluczowych czynników determinujących wskaźniki finansowe i ekonomiczne, które tworzą "lejek wydajności" przedsiębiorstwa, ich formalna reprezentacja, a następnie zastosowanie w systemach symulacyjnych; zastosowane aspekty wdrożenia modelu symulacyjnego i specyfika jego zastosowania w systemach kontrolnych, w szczególności planowanie przedsiębiorstwa.
