Tekst ma charakter teoretyczny, zawiera analizę konceptualną pojęcia zagrożenia normatywnego oraz pojęcia soft power. Kategorie te umieszczone są w szerszym kontekście analizy zmian instytucjonalnych i ewolucji instytucji. Zmiany instytucjonalne są omówione z odniesieniem do różnych nurtów instytucjonalizmu w naukach społecznych. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The article is mostly theoretical and offers a conceptual analysis of the notions of soft power and normative threat. These categories are operationalized within the broader context of institutional change and evolution. Institutional change is discussed with reference to different institutionalist approaches within the social sciences.(original abstract)
