The aim of the presented study is to look for answers to the question about the relationship between: personality traits, general intelligence, political skills and objective and subjective career success. The study covered postgraduate students in management and related fields at the Kozminski University (173 people, 54% of whom were women and 43% were men) in managerial, specialist and operational positions. The auditorium type survey was conducted in the first half of 2017 and was quantitative in its character (correlation model).
