Close Competitive Environment as the Foundation of Resources Necessary for Implementation of Innovation Strategies

Abstrakty
W dzisiejszym turbulentnym i nieprzewidywalnym otoczeniu bliskie otoczenie organizacji stało się integralną częścią strategii innowacji. Partnerów do wdrażania innowacji można szukać wśród konkurentów, nabywców, instytutów badawczych i naukowców. Bez bliskich kontaktów z nim i ścisłej współpracy organizacja nie ma większych szans na skuteczną komercjalizację innowacji na większą skalę, a co za tym idzie na zajęcie bezpiecznej pozycji konkurencyjnej. Wydaje się to dość oczywiste, niestety w polskiej praktyce jedynie co piąte przedsiębiorstwo przemysłowe posiada porozumienia z innymi jednostkami dotyczące działalności innowacyjnej (GUS 2008). To stanowczo za mało. Polskie przedsiębiorstwa zatem powinny w większym stopniu otworzyć się na bliższe otoczenie i tam szukać brakujących zasobów, w celu opracowywania skuteczniejszych strategii innowacji, dzięki którym możliwe będzie zajęcie bezpiecznej pozycji konkurencyjnej na rynku.(fragment tekstu)
In the today turbulent market the main source of competitive advantage became a ability to creating of innovation. In the innovation process the role of external sources of ideas turn out to be more important. In this situation the ability of making a close relations with external partners and competitors is essential. The article describes a role of the most important partners in innovation strategy.(original abstract)
