Purpose: The paper presents the issues related to the movement of activities of foreign investors on the Polish market on the example of Lower Silesia. Design/methodology/approach: The study used World Bank reports from Statistics Poland (GUS), Department of Enterprises. Findings: The purpose of this article is to present the investment climate of Poland on the example of Lower Silesia, created by economic, social, political, as well as legal and administrative conditions. The economic conditions inform the foreign investor about the condition of the economy of the country receiving the investment. Originality/value The publication presents the results of research conducted on the basis of GUS, Department of Enterprises. (original abstract)
