Artykuł dotyczy pracy w zespołach rozproszonych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem współdzielenia zadań przywódczych poprzez członków takich zespołów. W artykule przedstawiono kwestionariusz ankiety opracowany w oparciu o literaturę naukową. Wykorzystano go w badaniu pilotażowym. Badaniem objęto 47 osób, które tworzyły 5 zespołów o różnym stopniu rozproszenia. Rezultaty badania pilotażowego umożliwiły określenie, że dzielenie się wiedzą jest najbardziej współdzielonym zadaniem przywódczym. Ponadto odkryto zależność pomiędzy poziomem współdzielenia zadań przywódczych, a stopniem rozproszenia zespołu. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The results of the study made it possible to conclude that knowledge sharing is the most shared leadership task. Moreover, a correlation between the degree of shared leadership tasks and the degree of team dispersion was discovered. (original abstract)
