Abstrakty

Celem artykułu była ocena zjawiska underemployment(niepełnego zatrudnienia)pod względem płci na rynku pracy w Polsce w latach 2005-2019. Postanowiono zbadać czy wśród niepełnozatrudnionych kobiet i mężczyzn zachodzą te same tendencje zmian. Ponadto zestawiono osoby niepełnozatrudnione z osobami zatrudnionymi oraz bezrobotnymi w Polsce,w powyższych latach, aby spojrzeć szerzej na problem badawczy. W pracy wykorzystano proste narzędzia analizy statystycznej, w tym analizy dynamiki zmian,w postaci miary przyrostu względnego o zmiennej podstawie oraz średniego tempa zmian zjawiska w czasie. Przeprowadzone badanie pozwoliło wyznaczyć średnie wartości w poszczególnych latach oraz wskazać okresy o najwyższych oraz najniższych wynikach. Ponadto zastosowane narzędzia umożliwiły wyznaczenie zmian rocznych wśród osób niepełnozatrudnionych, zatrudnionych czy bezrobotnych. W pracy wykorzystano dane z bazy Międzynarodowej Organizacji Pracy oraz dostępną literaturę związaną z przedmiotem pracy, w tym zagraniczną.W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań udowodniono, że zjawisko niepełnego zatrudnienia na rynku pracy w Polsce, w latach 2005-2019 dotknęło częściej kobiet niż mężczyzn. Ponadto dostrzeżono, że większe podobieństwo zachodzi miedzy dynamiką zmian osób niepełnozatrudnionych a dynamiką zmian osób bezrobotnych niż zatrudnionych w badanym okresie. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of the article was to evaluatethe phenomenon of underemployment in terms of genderequalityin the labor market in Poland between2005-2019. The articleinvestigateswhether thesametendenciesof changesoccure amongst underempolyed men and women. In addition, the part-time employmentwas outlined together with the employed and unemployed in Poland within the above-mentioned years in order to examine the research problem more extensively.The author of the article used simplestatistical tools, such as: analysis of the dynamics of changesin the form of a measure of relative increase with a variablebaseand the average ratesof changesof the phenomenon over time. The conducted research allowed to determine the average values in individualyears and indicate the periods with the highest and the lowest results. Moreover, the applied tools made it possible to determine the annual changes among the underemployed, employed and unemployed. The article usesdata gained fromthe International Labor Organization together withliterature related to the topicof the examination including foreign literature.As a result of the research, it was proved that the phenomenon of underemployment in the labor market in Poland in 2005-2019 affected women more than men. Moreover, it was noticed,that there is a greater similarity between the dynamics of changes in the underemployedand the dynamics of changes in the unemployed than in those employed in the analyzed period.
