Abstrakty

Obecnie, pod presją intensywnych perturbacji zachodzących tak w otoczeniu współczesnych organizacji, jak i na współczesnych rynkach pracy, kariery zawodowe ludzi coraz wyraźniej nabierają cech zwinności. Kształtują się całkowicie nowe modele w tym zakresie, już nie oparte na tradycyjnych drabinach stanowisk, a bazujące na zgoła innych strukturach i metodach rozwoju, jak jungle gym oraz portfolio. Organizacje, również zorientowane na budowanie atrybutów własnej zwinności, powinny z korzyścią dla siebie implementować nowe modele kariery i z zaangażowaniem je wspierać. Część organizacji tak właśnie czyni, w wielu jednak pojawiają się bariery wynikające z braku wiedzy bądź zachowawczych postaw kadr kierowniczych. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Today, under the pressure of the intense perturbations taking place both in the environment of modern organisations and in today's labour markets, people's careers are increasingly taking on the characteristics of agility. Completely new models are taking shape, no longer based on traditional job ladders, but on completely different structures and development methods, such as "jungle gyms" and portfolios. Organisations, also focused on building the attributes of their own agility, should implement new career models to their advantage and support them with commitment. Some organisations are doing this, but in many there are barriers due to a lack of knowledge or conservative attitudes of managers. (original abstract)
