Anarchistyczna utopia. Czy Somalia ma się lepiej bez struktur państwowych?

Abstrakty

Analizowanie i porównywanie sytuacji Somalii w stanie państwowym i po upadku państwa, obarczone jest poważnymi błędami metodologicznymi. Brak wiarygodnych, regularnie pozyskiwanych danych pochodzących z terenu całej Somalii jest najpoważniejszym problemem. Wybrana przez przytaczanych autorów cezura czasowa (lata 2000-2005) jest niezwykle krótka i zdaje się zbyt krótka, by wykazać, że Somalia ma się lepiej w stanie anarchii. Autorzy analiz świadomie wybrali okres cieszący największym spokojem i wyciszeniem konfliktów zbrojnych. Niemniej w tym krótkim przedziale czasu udało im się udowodnić, że wiele wskaźników jakości życia uległo w stanie anarchii poprawie, a ich wysokość nie odbiega od poziomu panującego w innych państwach Afryki Subsaharyjskiej, w tym także w państwach nieogarniętych w ciągu ostatnich 20 lat konfliktami zbrojnymi.(fragment tekstu)
