Abstrakty

Artykuł omawia poszczególne elementy i cele organizacji zarządzania wiedzą oraz znaczenie tego procesu dla prawidłowego funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw. Autorka podkreśla, że na Ukrainie zarządzanie wiedzą stanowi nowość, dlatego brak jeszcze badań na temat zakresu jej stosowania przez tamtejsze przedsiębiorstwa.

The article discusses particular elements and targets of knowledge management, as well as the significance of this process for a proper functioning of enterprises. The author stresses that knowledge management is a quite novelty in Ukraine, therefore there are no research regarding the scope of knowledge management applications by domestic companies yet.(original abstract)
