Artykuł przedstawia jedno z głównych założeń obecnej amerykańskiej polityki zagranicznej George'a W. Busha a mianowicie plan demokratyzacji systemów politycznych na Bliskim Wschodzie i reakcje świata arabskiego wobec polityki administracji Busha w rejonie bliskowschodnim.
