This chapter considers six mini cases, based on litigation, discrimination and retaliation. The cases are presented as a means to train managers to avoid managerial wrongdoing and misconduct. The principle is that by examining worst practices, managers can be trained to avoid these missteps and in the process improve their managerial acumen for ethical conduct. (original abstract)
