Enterprise which wants for its development use not only own financial resources, must permanently evaluate its economic activity. Therefore, for business evaluation applies certain procedures, methods, indicators, models. However, each investor who provides capital prefers its methodology, which allows him to characterize the performance of the enterprise as well as its reserves, problems. The paper in general presents the approach for the evaluation of business performance using selected traditional and modern methods for evaluating the company performance. (original abstract)
