Abstrakty
Misbehavior is a special type of consumer behavior on the market. These behaviors are as being in conflict with commonly accepted norms of behavior in the context of consumption, exerting a negative impact on con-sumers engaging in this type of behavior, other consumers and employees of companies (Smyczek et al., 2017). Given the negative significance of misbehavior for so many different market players, it seems important to identify the motives for such behavior. By identifying them, it will be pos-sible to develop actions to eliminate or significantly reduce them.(fragment of text)
