Koncepcja zrównoważonego modelu biznesowego (SBM) okazała się jednym z najbardziej przekonujących tematów badawczych we współczesnym zarządzaniu. Różnorodność obszarów dyskusji i problemów związanych z tworzeniem, wdrażaniem i modyfikowaniem małych i średnich firm oferuje ogromny potencjał badawczy.

Perspektywy i bariery rozwoju
75%
Objective: The objective of the article is to know the nature of the relationship between creative capital as a positive personal touch capable of promoting sustainable entrepreneurial orientation (SEO). To increase the effectiveness of this orientation, I identified entrepreneurial resilience as an interactive variable. Research Design & Methods: The SPSS macro process program was used to test the study hypotheses by adopting questionnaire forms. These forms were utilised as a tool to collect data from a group of managers of the Southern Oil Company in Iraq. The study distributed 345 forms and received 308 valid forms for analysis. Findings: By testing a set of main and sub-hypotheses, the results showed the role of innovation capital in promoting sustainable entrepreneurial direction. This influence relationship increases with the presence of entrepreneurial resilience as an interactive variable. Implications & Recommendations: The results show the importance of personality traits in creating a sustainable entrepreneurial orientation. Nevertheless, it is important to focus on personal traits such as openness and acceptance by others, which enhance social relationships, because these relationships are significant in attracting or marketing ideas related to the environment. Contribution & Value Added: With the decline in the growth rates of countries and companies, especially with the Covid-19, it is expected that the rate of consumption of natural resources will increase. This increase helps to compensate for the losses and the decrease in profits. Thus, this study is important because it emphasizes the significance of production while maintaining principles of sustainability and requirements of preserving natural resources. (original abstract)
Artykuł prezentuje własną autorską koncepcję w pełni zrównoważonego przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjnego, będącą rezultatem zarządzania w koncepcji sustainability. Zarządzanie w koncepcji sustainability lub inaczej sustainable management (w tłumaczeniu z j. ang. - "zrównoważone zarządzanie") dopiero się kształtuje, będąc częścią nauk o zrównoważeniu (sustainable science). Potrzeba rozwoju zrównoważonego zarządzania wynika z narastających zagrożeń ekologicznych i społecznych. W artykule przedstawiono wzorzec (model) takiej organizacji. Wypełnia on istotną lukę badawczą, ponieważ szeroki przegląd literatury naukowej nie wykazał istnienia takiego wzorca. (abstrakt oryginalny)
Artykuł przedstawia miejsce i rolę zrównoważenia działań strategicznych i taktyczno-operacyjnych w przyjętym, trwałym modelu biznesu przedsiębiorstwa opartym na czynnikach kreacji i wzrostu wartości i odpowiedzialnego biznesu. Artykuł ponadto prezentuje kluczowe założenia zrównoważonej strategii wzrostu wartości przedsiębiorstwa opartej na założeniach społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Purpose - The article discusses the relationships between sustainable HRM and organizational identification, conceptualized at the individual level, and the moderating role of cultural dimensions conceptualized at the country level (described in GLOBE's framework). The study's theoretical model based on social exchange theory proposesthatsustainable HRM practice increases organizational identification. However, the strength of thisidentification depends on the dimensions of national culture. Thus, we assumed national culture functions as a second-level moderator in the relationship between sustainable HRM and organizational identification. Design/methodology/approach - We conducted the study with data from 10,421 employees across 35 countries. We used a multilevel modeling approach for data analysis. Findings - The study revealed the cross-level interaction effects of national culture on the relationship between sustainable HRM practice and organizational identification. Specifically, the results indicate that sustainable HRM strengthens employees' organizational identification more in cultures with higher levels of gender egalitarianism and lower levels of humane orientation. Originality/value - This study demonstrates that the relationship between sustainable HRM practices and employees' organizational identification is culturally sensitive. It highlightsthe need to consider cultural context when assessing the impact of sustainable HRM practices on employee outcomes. Przedsiębiorstwo zrównoważone to przedsiębiorstwo, które realizuje cele zrównoważonego rozwoju i dąży do równowagi w każdym swoim podsystemie i w relacjach z otoczeniem. To przedsiębiorstwo zdolne do formułowania celów w kontekście zrównoważonego rozwoju i zdolne do ich realizacji w ramach posiadanych zasobów w konkurencyjnym otoczeniu. Omawiana problematyka należy do kwestii złożonych i nadal niewystarczająco zbadanych.

Research background: The morality and sustainability depend upon the active engagement of all stakeholders. Businesses might have to observe minimum standards via their corporate social responsibility (CSR), but this does not imply any mandatory and enforceable requirements for their internal documents. Crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic magnify differences and might impact the perception and commitment to ethics and modify preferences.Purpose of the article: Since it is up to each and every business whether it will issue Codes of Ethics or Codes of Conduct (Codes) and how they will project ethical principles, values and concerns in them, it is both illuminative and instrumental to conduct a massive theoretical and literature review, to identify five aspects for exploration of Codes: (i) human nature (ii) moral values (iii) ethical principles, (iv) reasoning and (v) sustainability pillars, and to perform such an exploration via a case study at the dawn of the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: Based on a massive theoretical and literature review, five aspects for exploration have been identified and employed in a case study involving twenty Codes of the largest Czech businesses, while focusing on their preferences. This is to be achieved by a holistic advanced content analysis employing meta-analysis and manual Delphi method with Likert scoring by a panel of experts.Findings & value added: The case study reveals that generally Codes prefer (i) Socrates´ perception of human nature, (ii) respect and responsibility as moral values, (iii) the principle of solidarity, (iv) social contract and deontological reasoning and (v) the sustainability social pillar. These findings demonstrate discrepancies and inconsistencies between and also within these Codes, which often paternalistically reject the multi-stakeholder approach that is needed to overcome COVID-19. This litigates for the appropriateness of this new methodology and encourages further longitudinal case studies entailing more jurisdictions and industries. (original abstract)
W artykule została przedstawiona koncepcja zrównoważonych zasobów ludzkich1, czyli menedżerów i pracowników na stanowiskach niekierowniczych, którzy dzięki swoim kompetencjom i zaangażowaniu są niezbędnym aktywem przedsiębiorstwa zrównoważonego. Przedsiębiorstwa zrównoważone to takie, które poprzez swoją działalność świadomie realizują założenia zrównoważonego rozwoju, głównie w zakresie oszczędnego gospodarowania surowcami naturalnymi, wodą i energią. Przedsiębiorstwa te dostarczają proekologiczne i społecznie pożądane produkty lub usługi. Zrównoważeni pracownicy oddziałując na organizacje mogą poprawić jakość środowiska i interakcji społecznych. Content available remote Marketing 3.0 w przedsiębiorstwie jutra (sustainable enterprise)
75%
Do badań wykorzystano współczynniki korelacji Pearsona, klasyczną metodę najmniejszych kwadratów i metodę równań pozornie niepowiązanych (SUR). Objective: The objective of the article is to find if Polish managers exhibit a sustainable entrepreneurship orientation and to comprehend the factors driving this orientation. Research Design & Methods: We conducted a factor analysis and regression analysis on data from an original survey on 301 managers of Polish companies. Findings: We identified two orientations towards sustainability, i.e. as an opportunity, and a cost. Personal values, demographic characteristics, personal experience, and education affect perceptions of sustainability. Implications & Recommendations: Some managers who work for large and middle enterprises see sustainability as an opportunity and are ready to take responsibility for facing social and environmental challenges. Companies and government need to find a way to unlock this potential. Having international experience and working for a company that is regularly involved in corporate social responsibility promotes such orientation. Contribution & Value Added: This study is the first to diagnose sustainable entrepreneurship orientation in Poland - a country which urgently needs to adopt a sustainable development model. It is also the first study to analyse the societal factors behind sustainable entrepreneurship orientation. (original abstract)
Background: Social enterprise is a potential driver of sustainability at the community level in energy sector decarbonization.Research objectives: We ask how sustainable entrepreneurs' embeddedness in the territorial and institutional contexts of a coal region in transition shapes their ability to exploit sustainable business opportunities, and how they can influence energy transition pathways.Research design and methods: We introduce the notion of system-building sustainable entrepreneurs, who develop breakthrough niche innovations. Our analytical framework employs a multilevel perspective and multiscalar analysis of institutional work is applied to the case study of an energy cluster. Results: We identified multiscalar institutional work of SBSEs operating in the niche, presenting the inhibiting and enabling factors at the regime and landscape levels. Although enabling factors created opportunities, they could only be exploited through institutional work. Conclusions: We identified three key factors shaping the ability of system-building sustainable entrepreneurs to exploit opportunities and shape transition pathways. This study investigates the integration and impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices within large European enterprises from different industries affiliated with CSR Europe Initiative, which is an influential network championing sustainability. With the impending 2025 requirement for integrated annual reports combining ESG and financial disclosures under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), this research evaluates how these enterprises adhere to and implement ESG principles in their operations. Focusing on a selected group of companies, including financial institutions governed by the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), the study provides a detailed analysis of ESG behaviors using a structured set of seven criteria: Corporate Governance, Responsible Financing, Environmental Behavior, Social Behavior, Quality of Sustainability Reporting, Verification of Institutionalized ESG Strategy, and Annual Turnover. The results emphasize the pivotal influence of environmental strategies on revenue generation, while simultaneously uncovering significant disparities in ESG integration across firms. By addressing a critical gap in the literature regarding the financial implications of ESG engagement, the study contributes nuanced insights into how leading European corporations - specifically those affiliated with the CSR Europe Initiative - can strengthen their sustainability strategies and financial resilience. Furthermore, the findings underscore the necessity of a well-structured ESG framework not only for achieving long-term corporate sustainability, but also for ensuring alignment with evolving European Union regulatory requirements and stake-holder expectations. Głównymi metodami badawczymi były analiza jakościowa i wywiady.
