Artykuł poświęcono zagadnieniu sprawnego i skutecznego rozwiązywania konfliktów. Omówiono procedurę negocjacyjną w rozwiązywaniu konfliktu. Zdaniem autora konflikty mogą być wykorzystywane w przełamywaniu inercji oraz w pobudzeniu i przyspieszeniu postępu.

A variety of values, priorities, perceptions, attitudes, lifestyles, etc. existing in interpersonal contacts and linksn gives rise to conflicts. Their frequency is rightly associated with negative emotions, burdens or barriers to activity and progress. Development of scientific research has greatly facilitated our understanding of conflicts - indicating their essence, causes and effects. Under accelerated rate of socio-economic changes, the ability to solve conflicts is an urgent necessity both in individual and social aspect. Each conflict has its defined potential and as such it can constitute a ground for new ideas and solutions. Its positive result is corrections and improvements, increased sense of identity, mutual trust, openness, better interpersonal communication, self-improvement, and the like. Undoubtedly, conflicts determine time and quality of multidimensional development - they also test activity. (original abstract)
