The article is devoted the leadership which apart from the network dominates in discussion on the subject of the company development in XXI century. Present conception of the single leadership substituted for the team conception of the leadership, where accomplishments knowledge of many leaders and cooperation create proper direction action organization. In these days the leadership become a participation of qualified personnel. This leadership is based on the knowledge which come from the network. (original abstract)
