Abstrakty

Przedmiotem artykułu jest analiza poziomu potrzeb wykorzystania techniki treningu wrażliwości w polskich instytucjach gospodarczych i administracyjnych. Autor charakteryzuje respondentów i omawia rezultaty badań ankietowych.

The results of the examination of the organizational level and the effectiveness of internal communication in Polish economic and administrative institutions are presented. In particular, the studies aimed at determining the need for the sensibility training. That is why the attention was focused on the level of understanding, the level of human relations, awareness of human behaviour and group processes, sensibility to human needs and emotions, and the levels of tolerance, attention and patience. The results of the examination point to the necessity of using the techniques for improving human relations. (original abstract)
