The times that are ahead of us are a period of explosive changes creating new possibilities and chances for those who can take advantage of the new situation a creative and dynamic way. These times require specific leaders, leaders of the future who will be open to changes, ready to accept innovations and innovative thinking, who will be resistant to failures and stresses and who will be thinking in a positive way. Such leaders should not only be the formal bosses of their organizations but they should be those from their colleagues want to taken example and who can carry away their employes to the rrealization of common goals. This should be effective and responsible leadership, where pragmatism and high efficiency go hand in hand with high ethic awareness and humanitarian values. (original abstract)
