Autor przedstawił problem badania empirycznego sensu terminów w modelowaniu ekonometrycznym. Zaproponował skonstruowanie jednolitej teorii operacyjnego definiowania w naukach empirycznych.

In the article an equivocality of ontological approach to the problem of defining in doctrine of operationalism is pointed. New ontological postulates in economics and econometrics methodology to construct the uniform theory of operational defining in empirical sciences are proposed. They are introduced in methodology of empirical sciences by the relation of representation localized in semiotic space. The property of real process as the fundamental designatum for the constructing of the theory of operational defining is accepted. The specific term representing it in empirical theory language as a subject of operational defining is stated. (original abstract)
