W artykule omówiono efekty wprowadzenia nowych technologii produkcyjnych na rynek pracy. Zaprezentowano także wyniki badań empirycznych dotyczących rynku pracy, prowadzonych przez kraje należące do OECD, oraz przez inne państwa.

This article discusses the effects of introducing new production technologies on the labour market. Besides the classical approach to this problem, the author looks at other attempts to explain its impact from a theoretical perspective. He also cites the results of empirical research carried out by the OECD and others. The final part of the article includes a description of a case involving the introduction of a computer system.
