The Evolution of Keynesianizm and the Main Trends of Its Development

Autor przedstawił różnorodne poglądy i interpretacje świadczące o tym jak ważnym źródłem są współcześnie dzieła Johna Maynarda Keynesa i jak interesujący program badawczy zdołał on w nich przedstawić. Teoria J.M. Keynesa ma charakter uniwersalny, czego dowodem są pojawiające się wciąż problemy bezrobocia czy inflacji i próby ich rozwiązania.
In the first part of the article Keynesianism and its aspects have been submitted to the critical examination. The main issues of J.M. Keynes' theory have been pointed out underlying the issues of equilibrium, supply the influence of progress over investments, inflation. Monetary policy has been presented taking into consideration the views of the monetarists and Keynesianists. Afterwards, two main currents of Keynesianism. Neo-Keynesianism and Post-Keynesianism have been discussed, as well as their characteristics. As far as Post-Keynesianism is concerned, a number of various schools have been separated. While discussing Neo-Keynesianism, the attention has been focused on the concepts of James Tobin. (original abstract)
