Abstrakty

W artykule przedstawiono podstawowe cechy systemów emerytalnych w Niemczech i w Wielkiej Brytanii, główne wyzwania oraz ostatnie reformy emerytalne z perspektywy ich konfrontacji z nowymi warunkami zewnętrznymi. Przeanalizowano sposób, w jaki odmienne systemy zmierzają do osiągnięcia równowagi pomiędzy funkcją kosztową a dochodową publicznych systemów emerytalnych. Zaprezentowano także zmiany w systemie niemieckim ukierunkowane na uzyskanie stabilności finansowej oraz w systemie brytyjskim - na zapewnienie osobom starszym odpowiedniego poziomu dochodów.
