Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie teoretycznych koncepcji bezrobocia występujących w stanie równowagi oraz prezentacja szacunków tego typu bezrobocia w wybranych krajach. Analiza zjawiska bezrobocia pozwala tu zarazem na określenie wielu zmian, jakim powinien sprostać polski rynek pracy w okresie dostosowań do integracji z krajami Unii Europejskiej. W artykule przybliżono koncepcję nowej ekonomii keynesistowskiej - NAIRU oraz teorię bezrobocia strukturalnego.

The economics' papers includes many theory that use the level of Unemployment or the rate of change in wages as leading indicators of inflation. The logic behind this approach is based on modern Keynesian macroeconomics and, more specifically, on the Phillips curve relationship. The Phillips curve relationship is the basic of discussion of the cause of inflation and the role of monetary policy. The main point of interest of this paper concerns the theoretical conceptions and in the other side - practices of functioning of the market economy by point of view of the Unemployment of equilibrium. A key principal of this discussion is describing the theoretical basis of the monetarist theory, the modern Keynesian macroeconomics involved the relationship between inflation and Unemployment rate, and the conception of Structural Unemployment. The second part includes the short review of empirical research of the Unemployment of equilibrium in chosen countries in Union European, world and Poland. (original abstract)
