Celem logistyki powinno być takie zarządzanie wielokulturowością w ramach organizacji międzynarodowych, które pozwoli na wykorzystanie jej aspektów pozytywnych a także uświadomi wynikające z niej problemy.

This article tries to show the connections between logistics and intercullural management. Especially in the international management, when logistics becomes one of the main corporate strategy and creates deeper and deeper connections between many types firms (and other organizations) from deferent countries and deferent regions - culture dereferences become really important. This is why the knowledge of culture's typology lets us to use attitudes and protects against imminences. In logistics strong and get consumer's bearings culture, accept changes and deferments, based on compromise and optimalization - in the best possible manner, crossing the barriers can bee one of the reason of future companies' success.
