Abstrakty
Pomiędzy jakością a etyką istnieją interesujące zależności. Powszechnie przyjmuje się, że wysoka jakość wyrobów nie jest możliwa bez etyki, a ściślej etycznego zarządzania, prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej i etycznych zachowań. W artykule poruszono tematy filozofii TQM i jakości wyrobów w porównaniu z zasadami etycznymi w procesie zarządzania i marketingu.
