Abstrakty

Dostosowanie się przedsiębiorstw do nowych reguł i procedur gospodarowania jest procesem, którego efekty doraźne i długookresowe nie są łatwe do przewidzenia. W opracowaniu skoncentrowano się na ocenie przyszłego stanu samofinansującego się przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjnego, w warunkach działań regulacyjnych system zarządzania. Analizę podstawowych zagadnień dokonano, wykorzystując symulacyjny model przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjnego (rynkowego) WaSz-P.

The influence of the external controlling activities (i.e. changes of rules and regulations) on the dynamics of the economic processes in the industrial firm is studied in the paper. The simulation System Dynamics-type model WaSz-P describing the typical industrial firm has been used as a tool of the analysis. Several simulation experiments have been made with the model to study the sensitivity of the economic results of the firm to changes and modifications of external rules and regulations introduced by the government. The analysis is retrospective in respect to the period 1982-1983. and prospective when it deals with the future situation of the firm in the period 1984-1986. Predictions of the firm's future activity have been produced basing on the assumption of stability at the rules and regulations in 1984-1986. Several conclusions on how the rules and regulations effect the economic results of the self financing firm have been formulated in the paper. (original abstract)
