Abstrakty

W opracowaniu podjęto próbę spojrzenia na konkurencyjność regionu z perspektywy, rozwiniętej w sektorze przedsiębiorstw, teorii zasobowej. W myśl tego podejścia organizacja (tu: terytorialna) chcąc korzystać z zasobów będących w dyspozycji jej interesariuszy instytucjonalnych musi wchodzić z nimi w relacje. Zwrócono szczególną uwagę na rolę tzw. zasobów relacyjnych od których współcześnie w coraz większym zakresie zależy potencjał rozwoju terytorium. W wymiarze empirycznym opracowanie dotyczy analizy treści nowych strategii rozwoju polskich województw (analiz SWOT) pod kątem występowania w nich zapisów wskazujących na istnienie lub deficyt różnego rodzaju relacji w regionie. Dokonano ich charakterystyki i wyciągnięto wnioski dotyczące oceny zasobów relacyjnych przez samorządy województw.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The study attempts to look at the competitiveness of the region from the perspective of the resource based view, the theory developed in the business sector. Under this approach, territorial organization wishing to use the resources which are at the disposal of its institutional stakeholders must fall with them in relationships. Particular attention was paid to the role of the so-called relational resources. Nowadays they are contributing to the regional development in the great manner. The empirical part of the paper concerns 'content analysis' of the new Polish regional development strategies (SWOT analysis). The existence or deficit of the records pointing to different kinds of relationships in the region was examined. The records were analysed and the conclusions concerning the evaluation of relational resources by regional governments were formulated. (original abstract)
