Abstrakty

Funkcja utrzymania obiektów technicznych jest obecnie identyfikowana jako element krytyczny w przedsiębiorstwie. Jednocześnie złożoność procesu ich eksploatacji sprawia, iż przed kadrą menedżerską tego obszaru stawiane są coraz większe wyzwania. Systemem, który może wesprzeć działania menedżerów odpowiedzialnych za ten obszar funkcjonalny w przedsiębiorstwie, jest zdaniem Autorki controlling procesu eksploatacji. Obecnie w literaturze brakuje opracowań, które poruszałyby tę problematykę w sposób kompleksowy. Dlatego też celem artykułu jest sformułowanie założeń modelowych dla systemu controllingu procesu eksploatacji na podstawie przeglądu literatury dotyczącej controllingu procesowego oraz zarządzania eksploatacją. Na podstawie prowadzonych badań scharakteryzowane zostały elementy systemu controllingu procesu eksploatacji wraz z ich podstawowym zakresem(abstrakt oryginalny)

The maintenance of technical objects is now identified as a critical element in the company. At the same time the complexity of the operation process causes that managers face greater and greater challenges. In the author's opinion the actions of managers in this area can be supported by maintenance and operation process controlling. Currently, there is lack of research in the literature which would study the issues in a comprehensive manner. Therefore, the aim of this article is to formulate model assumptions for the controlling system of maintenance and operation process based on the review of literature on the process controlling and managing the operation. The author described the components of the controlling system of maintenance and operation process with their core competences on the basis of the conducted research(original abstract)
