Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest analiza stanu i narzędzi ONZ w rozwiązywaniu konfliktów w stosunkach międzynarodowych w chwili obecnej. Scharakteryzowano poszczególne organy ONZ i ich narzędzia w rozwiązywaniu konfliktów w stosunkach międzynarodowych, a także status prawny ONZ w rozwiązywaniu konfliktów. W końcowej części opisano misje pokojowe ONZ, dyplomację prewencyjną, przywracanie pokoju, utrzymywanie pokoju, budowanie pokoju i wymuszanie pokoju. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of the article is to analyse UN status and tools in solving conflicts in the international relations at present. There are characterized individual bodies of the UN and their tools in solving conflicts in the international relations and also the legal status of the UN in solving conflicts. In the final part peace missions under the UN such as preventive diplomacy, peace-making, peace keeping, peace building and peace enforcement are described. (original abstract)
