Abstrakty
Lean management (szczupłe zarządzanie) jest koncepcją, której celem jest systematyczne eliminowanie marnotrawstwa ze wszystkich procesów w celu tworzenia jak największej wartości dla klienta. W pierwszej części artykułu w syntetyczny sposób opisano historię, zasady i korzyści z wdrożenia lean. Następnie przedstawiono najważniejsze bariery w upowszechnianiu tej koncepcji, omówiono pełne wykorzystanie jej potencjału oraz utrzymanie wprowadzonych w wyniku transformacji lean zmian. Lean management is a concept of systematic approach to eliminating waste from all the process with the goal of creating maximum value for the customer. The article first provides a brief overview of its history, principles and benefits. Next, the key obstacles to lean implementation, achieving its full potential and sustaining transformation gains are discussed. (original abstract)
