Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie zależności pomiędzy praktykami, tworzącymi wzorzec organizacyjny, niepewnością dotyczącą zadań, zaangażowaniem pracowników i innowacyjnymi zachowaniami w miejscu pracy. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań literatury zbudowano model teoretyczny, przedstawiający przedmiotowe relacje. Wyniki studiów doprowadziły do stwierdzenia, że niepewność dotycząca zadań i zaangażowania pracowników stanowi mediator zależności pomiędzy praktykami tworzącymi wzorzec organizacyjny i innowacyjnymi zachowaniami w miejscu pracy. Artykuł kończą implikacje dla teorii i praktyki.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of the paper is to present relationships between organizational design, task uncertainty, employee affective commitment and innovative behaviors in the workplace. As a result of literature studies I present theoretical model linking above mentioned constructs. Literature analysis led to conclusion, that task uncertainty and employee commitment shall be perceived as mediators of relationships between organizational design and innovative behaviors in the workplace. The paper is concluded with implications for theory and practice.(original abstract)
