Celem artykułu jest ocena możliwości rozwoju współczesnych partnerstw akademickich (business-academia) i ich wpływu na rozwój współpracy w sektorze biofarmaceutycznym w oparciu o najnowsze dane uzyskane z ASAP (Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals). Zaprezentowane zostaną przykłady współpracy firm, uniwersytetów i instytutów badawczych, a także możliwe formy pozyskiwania innowacji przez firmy z uniwersytetów i instytutów badawczych w ramach modelu otwartych innowacji.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of this article is to review the development of modern business-academia Alliance and their impact on the development of cooperation in the biopharmaceutical sector based on the latest data from the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals (ASAP). Examples of cooperation between companies, universities and research institutes will be presented, as well as possible ways of gaining innovation by companies from universities and research institutes in the model of open innovation.(original abstract)
