Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie elementów zbieżnych oraz różnic między odmiennymi punktami widzenia na temat ekonomicznej roli państwa na rynkach rozwijających się. Podejścia te zostały omówione wraz ze wskazaniem sposobów, w jaki rządy powinny naprawiać niedoskonałości rynku i regulować jego siłę. (skrócony abstrakt oryginalny)

The objective of the following paper is to present the points of convergence and contention among different perspectives on the economic role of state in the developing markets. These points are to be discussed by looking at ways governments should fix market failures and regulate market power. (short original abstract)
