Abstrakty

Belbin's model can help to identify group roles and behaviours accompanying in adoption of a specific group role. The research was carried out on a group of students who received to complete a BTRSPI questionnaire. Results were obtained for the group of students and the speciality (three groups). The analysis covers the hierarchies of the most accepted group roles and the chosen constructive role - placed by the students in the first place in terms of choice during teamwork. The results demonstrated the suitability of the Belbin's model to determine the assumed group role. Analysis of the results shows it was possible to point out the deficit of behaviours that determine the success of the group tasks. In addition, it was shown that in the speciality groups, some roles were not indicated as a constructive role. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Artykuł prezentuje badania nad zastosowaniem modelu Belbina do identyfikacji ról grupowych oraz zachowań towarzyszących przyjęciu określonej roli grupowej. Badania zostały przeprowadzone na grupie studentów, którzy otrzymali do wypełnienia kwestionariusz BTRSPI. W konsekwencji otrzymano wyniki dla grupy studentów oraz z podziałem realizowaną specjalność (wydzielono trzy grupy). Analizie poddano hierarchie najchętniej przyjmowanych ról grupowych oraz wybieraną rolę konstruktywną - stawianą przez studentów na pierwszym miejscu pod względem wyboru podczas pracy zespołowej. Otrzymane wyniki wykazały przydatność modelu Belbina do określenia przyjmowanej roli grupowej. Dzięki analizie wyników można było wskazać na deficyt określonych zachowań mogących decydować o powodzeniu zadania powierzonego do realizacji grupie. Dodatkowo wykazano, że w grupach specjalnościowych część ról grupowych nie była wskazywana jako rola konstruktywna. (original abstract)
