Computerization process concerns differ range of a public entity involving improvement of officers' work of the public administrative organs and administration of justice. With its frames it also covers a ground related to public procurement. Importantly, content of the Act from 29th January 2004 - Public procurement law determine meaning of the President of the public procurement office in the process of computerization activities related to public procurement for the service and delivery or works contract. The following elaboration is dedicated to identify elements indicating the role of the president of the public procurement office in computerization process. (original abstract)

Proces informatyzacji dotyka rozmaitych sfer funkcjonowania podmiotów publicznych, pociągając za sobą usprawnienie pracy urzędników organów administracji publicznej oraz pracowników wymiaru sprawiedliwości. Swoimi ramami obejmuje również płaszczyznę związaną z udzielaniem zamówień publicznych. Co istotne zawartość ustawy z dnia 29 stycznia 2004 r. - Prawo zamówień Publicznych determinuje znaczenie Prezesa Urzędu Zamówień Publicznych (Prezesa UZP) w procesie informatyzacji działalności związanej z udzielaniem zamówienia na realizację usługi, dostawy, czy też roboty budowlanej. Określeniu elementów wskazujących na rolę Prezesa UZP w przedmiotowym procesie poświęcone jest poniższe opracowanie. (abstrakt oryginalny)
