Abstrakty

Autor omawia zagadnienie wschodzących donatorów pomocy rozwojowej. Państwa określane tym mianem mają coraz większe znaczenie dla międzynarodowej współpracy rozwojowej. Niewątpliwie jednym z najważniejszych spośród nich jest Chińska Republika Ludowa. Autor analizuje pomoc rozwojową, w szczególności jej rolę w polityce państwa oraz konsekwencje dla międzynarodowej współpracy na rzecz rozwoju. Omawia najważniejsze zagadnienia terminologiczne, genezę, ewolucję i aktualne założenia chińskiego programu pomocowego, jego znaczenie w polityce zagranicznej i gospodarczej oraz wpływ na innych uczestników współpracy rozwojowej.(abstrakt oryginalny)

This paper concerns the rising donors of development aid. These states play an increasingly significant role in international development aid, with the PRC being undoubtedly one of the most important among them. The purpose of this paper is to analyse development aid, in particular its role in state policy and its consequences for international development cooperation. The paper describes the most important terminological aspects, roots, evolution and the current objectives of the Chinese aid program, its importance for foreign and economic policy and its influence on other participants in development cooperation.(original abstract)
