Abstrakty

Autor poruszył problem wpływu zalesień na rozwój obszarów wiejskich. Wykonał krótką analizę polityki agrarnej i leśnej pod kątem podobieństw ekologiczno-ekonomicznych. Wskazał na potrzebą wprowadzania zalesień na gruntach rolnych. Określił także źródła finansowania przedsięwzięć z zakresu zalesień w rolnictwie.

In the study an attempt was made to present the impact of afforestation on the development of rural areas. Attention was drawn to economic-ecological similarities of agriculture and forestry - two branches of national economy operating in specific conditions dependent, to a considerable extent, on environmental factors. In order to demonstrate interrelationships between these two sectors of production, a brief analysis of the agrarian and forest policies from the point of view of ecological-economical similarities was carried out. Similarities and differences of forestry and agriculture werw shown which revealed the need to shape the agrarian policies bearing in mind the requirement to afforest specific types of farm land. In addition, the study also reviewed problems associated with the development of a multiflnctional model of a modern village in which, besides many other factors, elements afforest economy should play a vital role. Sources of financing ventures associated with the afforestion in agriculture werw also determined. (original abstract)
